| 6. | In the aforesaid cases , upon detection of breaches of lease conditions , lands d issued verbal or written warnings to the property owners requesting rectification of the irregularities . all breaches were subsequently found rectified

| 7. | Notwithstanding the above , lands department did not take further action . this was due to resource constraints and the priority in handling cases of breaches of lease conditions , and the fact that there were oil depot , power station , sewage treatment plant and other industrial uses , with few residential developments , in the vicinity of the plant
但当年地政总署鉴于资源上的限制和处理违反地契条款个案的优先次序，加上考虑到该厂当时邻近的建筑物有油库、电力厂、污水处理厂和其他工厂用途等，而民居则甚少，所以没有即时采取进一步的行动。 |
| 8. | It takes enforcement action against any breaches of lease conditions , with priority given to the misuse of residential premises for dangerous or obnoxious activity . owners of property in breach are required to rectify the situation within a specified period , failing which , all interests of the registered landowner in the property may be vested in the government in accordance with the provisions of the government rights ( re - entry and vesting remedies ) ordinance
该处会要求违反契约条件的物业拥有人，在限期前纠正违约情况；物业拥有人如不遵办，该处可按《政府土地权(重收及转归补救)条例》 ，接管注册土地拥有人就有关物业所享有的一切权益。 |
